In case you were worried about the bag...
It was returned to us just a few days later.
At the airport, I called Bellagio and filed a missing item report, but they didn't find it. However, Rachel remembered the name of the cab driver and Dad remembered the cab company, and we were able to get it back through them (though the lady fussed at Dad for referring to it as a "camera bag," insisting that it was a fanny pack - then started telling him how she couldn't ship him the apple!). It arrived just a few days later with everything inside bubble-wrapped. We were quite lucky.

Day 8 - Airport Chaos
So, we took a taxi to the airport. Then we tried to curbside check our luggage, but had to go inside for some reason. We checked our luggage, went upstairs and were headed towards security when Dad stops. "I don't have my bag."
It turns out he was carrying a fanny pack like a dork (instead of wearing one like a dork), and he had left it somewhere. This lady walking by thinks there's something wrong with our carry-ons and tells us that she's a flight attendant and that as long as we can make one of our two bags look like a purse, we're okay. In the meantime, Dad runs off to backtrack. We wait there for about ten minutes and he comes back emptihanded.
Now, Dad was having trouble remembering what was in his man purse - an apple, Rachel's memory card (she was so upset), his iPod (I remembered this had his full name engraved on it which could help us identify it), and some earbuds. The only thing that couldn't be replaced was Rachel's memory card.
We ended up hurrying through security, again and racing to get food before boarding. We got some pizza from California Pizza Kitchen, I believe.
As soon as we boarded, Dad remembered what else was in his bag - our car keys.
The flight home was frustrating. No one seemed to be in a good mood. Some big lady behind Dad fussed at him for moving around alot. The people in front of us were snapping at eachother.
When we arrived in Atlanta, we went to Hertz to rent a car. Rachel and I played golf at the indoor putting/chipping area while we were waiting. Fun way to pass the time.
I forget the model we ended up with... some mid-size SUV (they tried to convince Dad to rent a van, but he refused).
On the way home, we stopped at Chili's to eat. It was either that or Waffle House. But we had a fun time laughing at ourselves over dinner.

Day 8 - Packing
Now, Dad decided to go all cheapskate on us (surprise, surprise) and make us pack so that we could all carry on two bags. He packed in my bag, I packed in Mom's bag, and Mom packed in his bag. I don't know why we didn't just all pack in our own bags - they were all met carry-on regulations. We stuffed all of our liquids in Rachel's big bag and the shoe bag.
Here's our luggage lined up to be taken downstairs:

Day 7 - New York Pretzel
Now, I don't recall why, but for some reason, Mom, Rachel, and I ended up by ourselves. Mom had been wanting a New York Pretzel all week, so we decided to try and find one. We went to Snacks at Bellagio and all they had was a microwavable salty pretzel. Mom wanted a cinnamon pretzel, but for some reason, I got one and a fountain drink that cost $3.50. It was overpriced and not very good, but I ate it all.
Rachel then remembered seeing a New York Pretzel at Bally's. So, we decided to cross the street and go to Bally's and get ourselves a New York Pretzel (well... get Mom and Rachel pretzels, since I had already eaten a gross microwaved one).
Now, they had these amazing candy apples there, and I was going to get one, except they cost $12.50 a piece, and when Mom heard that, she flipped out! So... I took a picture.

Don't those look good?
We sat down at what I believe was a Taco Bell to eat the Pretzels. This is terrible, but I refilled my Bellagio drink at their soda fountain. I paid $3.50 for it, though... might as well get a refill (from a different venue!). Rachel and Mom let me help them eat their pretzels.
We then headed back to Bellagio to get some sleep before leaving the next day. (So sad!)

Day 7 - Legends in Concert
While we were waiting in line to see "I Lost My 'M' in Vegas," Dad, of course, had to stop by his favorite place, Tix 4 Tonight. After buying PEEPShow tickets, he realized that you had to be 18 and older to get in. He then made them take the tickets back and purchased Legends in Concert Tickets.
It had moved from The Imperial Palace to Harrah's. We got our picture taken with the cutest Elvis Impersonator before entering the theater.

We were seated at a table in the back corner. We were rather disappointed with our seats. Perhaps we had been discussing this loudly, or maybe the usher was just being nice, but right before the show started, he asked us if we'd like to sit in the front and lead us to the fifth or sixth row. It was a nice upgrade.
The show opened with Jay Leno of all people (ironic we had just seen him). Then we saw Garth Brooks. He was good, but I wasn't really familiar with Garth Brook's music. Then there was a Whitney Houston, who I liked. Then the Temptations looked nothing like the Temptations and varied greatly in age, but they sounded good. And, of course, an Elvis who was super cute and really good. It was a cute show - one of the most entertaining we saw all week, actually. Excluding the Fall Out Boy Concert that only Rachel and I saw, this was definitely the best show we saw all week. (Such a bummer that we ended up with lame shows this week - the last time we were in Vegas, we saw Mamma Mia, Blue Man Group, and Mystere and loved all of them.)
As we were leaving Harrah's, the Volcano across the street at the Mirage was going off, so we stopped to watch.

We then went inside to try and find the white tigers (they had been relocated) but had no luck - they moved them back to wear the dolphins are, and of course the exhibit was closed.

Day 7 - Back to M&M's World
We didn't get to watch the 3D movie the first time we were at the M&M's store, so we went back (plus we needed some more M&M's!).

We ended up having to wait an awfully long time to see the movie. The theater is not nearly big enough. This part of M&M World could use a remodel. It's still cute, but it's showing its wear.
