Day 6 - Dinner at la Vente
Rachel wanted Italian and Dad wanted to buy more Tix 4 Tonight, so they decided on la Vente at Bally’s. We didn’t feel like dressing up (like we had every other night) but I didn’t really feel underdressed.
The restaurant was fancy, but a bit dated. Our waiter was a bit slow, and the photographer was really weird. She thought I was twelve. No big… whatever. Then she wouldn’t shut up and leave, “Are you sure you’re seventeen.” No… I have no idea how old I am.
I didn’t care for my food. I got some noodle dish that ended up being more soupy than pasta-y. It was difficult to eat, and I just gave up (I don’t work for food). Mom was disappointed with her dish, as well. It was just mediocre food… about as good as Olive Garden, just dark with candles.
